Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 oz Empress Gin 1908 Start off with 1oz and continue adding to 1.5 oz to taste
  • 1 can Trader Joe's Lemon Elderflower Soda
  • 1 lemon Cut in half , slice one half into thin slices for garnish
  • .5 oz Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Cordial

Method
 

  1. Fill a short glass with ice
  2. Pour Empress Gin in the glass**
  3. Pour Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Cordial
  4. Top with Trader Joe's Lemon Elderflower Soda
  5. Take the half of the lemon and squirt desired amount of lemon juice to taste.
  6. Stir cocktail and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
