Elderflower and Cucumber Spritz Mocktail/Cocktail

Elderflower and Cucumber Spritz Mocktail/Cocktail Recipe
Serves 2

Ingredients
1/3 cup of Elderflower syrup or to taste
1/2 cup of lime juice
1/2 cup of Topo Chico water 8 slices of cucumber

For cocktail, 2 - 3 ounces of Esme gin
Very thin slices of cucumber or a cucumber strip - for Garnish (optional)

Directions:
1. Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker
2. Then add lime juice, syrup and ice.

For cocktail, add the gin.

Shake ingredients together.
3. Strain mixture and pour into two short glasses filled with ice.
4. Top off each glass with Topo Chico and stir

This one was a favorite piece that I introduced to my entertaining workshop attendees. Most tulipieres are decor pieces that demand attention whether they stand alone or are filled with flowers. They were originally designed for tulips but you can fill them with any flower your heart desires. Talking about easy decor right? This pagoda tulipiere was a birthday gift from my husband many years ago, I thought it perfectly complemented this blue and white table setting.
