While there is no wrong time for a pretty in pink tablescape, I do think there are some occasions that it would be best suited for! This table was set for my teen daughter’s birthday but would be perfect for a bridal/baby shower or even a young ladies grad party.
What makes this table so versatile is it’s elegant simplicity. As you can see, I stuck with a variety of soft pink tones all of which could easily be refocused for a different occasion with very minimal effort. Simply add themed place cards, for example, if you were using this pretty in pink table setting for a bridal party or baby shower and you would be set!

For this pretty in pink table setting, I think it was essential that I included not only pink colored pieces, but pieces that also complimented the pink tones. That is why I decided to go with the tableware that I chose. I thought the minimal details on the plates offered a level of elegance to the table that plates with designs would have been lacking. I thought that the simplicity added something special to the table.
When designing the table, though, I knew I wanted something pink to stand out and that is where my chosen Estelle colored glasses pieces came in.

The dinner plate is from Pottery Barn and I just adore the accented rim. The charger is from Williams Sonoma and I love how well the two blended together for the look of the table.

Dressing Up Your Pretty in Pink Tablescape
Dressing up your pretty in pink tablescape is the best part of designing the table! I decided to dress up my table with monogrammed pink floral napkins along with individual floral pieces for each setting. Cake or Flowers for a Pretty in Pink Centerpiece
Now, this will depend on your occasion but for my teen daughter’s birthday, I went with both! I chose a floral centerpiece including: pink hydrangeas, pink roses, and lilies. I filled the white ginger jar with pink hydrangeas and filled the chinoiserie bud vases with pink roses and lilies from my local grocery store. Then for the big event, I swapped out the pink floral centerpiece for a pink cake that I picked up from Whole Foods. I love adding a bit of a homemade touch to store-bought cakes so I added some fresh fruit myself to finish off the cake!
