Table Number 1 in our garden inspired table series is called the Daffodil Table.

The Daffodil Inspired Table Setting

Picture this: a sunlit room adorned with the promise of spring, where a rectangular table takes center stage, dressed in a crisp, striped green and white tablecloth. Every detail exudes sophistication and warmth, setting the scene for a memorable gathering.

At each place setting on this daffodil inspired table setting is a woven charger lays the foundation, topped with a gold-rimmed green charger plate, reminiscent of lush meadows in full bloom.

The main dinner plate and accompanying Portmeirion salad plates steal the show, each adorned with intricate illustrations of nature’s finest: roses, irises, hydrangeas, poppies, and more, offering a kaleidoscope of colors and textures.

Decorating the Table with Jewelry AKA Italian Glassware

The Italian glassware from Zafferano adds a touch of refinement to the tableau. Clear goblets from their Mixology collection catch the light, their sleek contours inviting sips of indulgence.

Alongside, the green short tumblers from the Balloton** collection add a pop of color, echoing the verdant hues of the surrounding foliage, really tying the daffodil inspired tablscape together!

Completing the table, bamboo flatware adds a tactile element, inviting guests to savor each moment of the celebration.

Center-piecing with Potted Daffodils

Stretching down the length of the table, the daffodil centerpiece commands attention with its organic charm. The true highlight of this daffodil inspired table setting!

Moss-covered terra cotta pots of varying sizes host a chorus of daffodils, their sunny faces nodding in agreement with the season’s joy. Interspersed among them, moss balls add a whimsical touch, lending an air of woodland enchantment to the ensemble.

The ambiance is further enhanced by Zafferano’s antique-finish lamp, its soft glow casting a gentle embrace over the gathering. Topped with a woven lampshade, it exudes a rustic elegance that complements the natural elements adorning the table.

Celebrate with LaVieille Ferme

What a better way to toast to the occasion than with a glass of rosé wine, standing ready to accompany the upcoming brunch or festivities?

I was asked by La Vieille Ferme Wines to try out a few of their wines. I fell in love with La Vieille Ferme Rosé and their La Vieille Ferme Blanc.

Funny story the Ferme Blanc was so good it was drunk before this photoshoot, so it’s not pictured lol! These wines are at a great price point for entertaining and were delicious and refreshing.

** At the time this blog was printed these tumblers were out of stock. The green tumbler from the Torson collection is very similar and a great substitute.
