There’s something about spring that invites us to slow down and gather. Maybe it’s the longer days, the blooming flowers, or the simple joy of a fresh start. Whatever the reason, a spring brunch table, with the best spring brunch table decor, is one of my favorite ways to celebrate the season—especially when it’s styled with a soft color palette, elegant layers, and natural elements straight from the garden.

In this post, I’m sharing a trio of garden-inspired spring tablescape ideas using the new Mikasa Bone China collection in blue, green, and pink—each color styled into a unique place setting with beautiful floral arrangements, fresh fruits, and classic table decorations for the ultimate special occasion. Whether you’re hosting Easter brunch, a bridal or baby shower, or planning your next brunch with friends, these ideas are a great way to bring spring to life right on your table.
Brunch Party Table Decor
This garden brunch setup begins with neutral table linens—a classic white tablecloth with a soft trellis pattern to act as the base layer for our design. On top, I added Asiatic Pheasant paper placemats from Hester & Cook. Their botanical print is the perfect backdrop for showcasing the subtle tones of spring and an easy way to bring a touch of floral print to the table.
With the placemats as our garden floor, the real magic begins with the fresh blooms, white dinner plates, and layered details that make this spring brunch table shine.
A Blue Spring Table

The blue bone china plates from Mikasa became the star of this spring brunch table setting. With their soft sky-blue tone, they offer a minimalist but elevated base—ideal for a spring celebration. Instead of traditional patterned plates, I saw these as a blank canvas. A single white tulip on each plate added a soft, romantic pop of spring and created a memorable place setting for each guest.
Melody wine glasses from Mikasa flanked each setting, their refined silhouette adding height and elegance—perfect for serving mimosas, rosé, or even sparkling water infused with citrus.

For another pop of color, I brought in blue double old fashioned glasses—one of my favorite ways to add depth to a pastel tablescape. These crystal-clear tumblers added a layer of dimension to the color scheme and tied into the floral elements perfectly.

Fresh Flowers as the Center of the Table

When styling a floral centerpiece, I always aim for something that feels full but still allows for conversation. At the center of your table, I arranged soft blue hydrangeas, crisp white tulips, and vibrant muscari (grape hyacinths) in glass vases. These seasonal flowers brought the color of the plates up into the air—drawing the eye across the entire table setting.
A pair of ceramic pagoda-style tulipieres stood at each end of the long table. These timeless pieces added a slight chinoiserie flair and echoed the soft ivory tones in the tablecloth and napkins.

Green Details
The green Mikasa Bone China plates were equally stunning. The light minty tone offers just enough color to make your table pop. I kept the same paper placemats and white trellis linens, proving that with just a plate change, you can refresh your entire Easter table.
Florals here were all about tone-on-tone:
- Green hydrangeas
- White tulips
- Hellebores in soft chartreuse
Glass vases gave each flower its own spotlight—something I love doing with small vases because it allows you to play with height and rhythm across a long table or buffet.
To round out the table decorations, I used green margarita glasses, which introduced an apple-toned sparkle. Then, as with all the tables, I added a fresh fruit—a single green apple in each bowl—a sweet and simple natural element to ground the setting.
And don’t overlook the details—my embroidered monogram napkins and green satin bow made each place setting feel thoughtful and personal. It’s a great way to offer guests a little luxury at the table.

Another Spring Brunch Table Decor Option in Pink

If you’re looking for something more romantic and playful, the pink table would the perfect backdrop for yourdream soriee! I used the pink Mikasa Bone China plates as the foundation for a pastel spring brunch table that would be just perfect for a Mother’s Day breakfast or a garden-themed girls’ luncheon.
The flowers here were an absolute dream:
- Blush hydrangeas
- Peony tulips and classic pink tulips
- Sweet pink hyacinths
Each place setting was topped with a single tulip, and again, I used green apples in bowls for a touch of freshness and contrast. The floral centerpiece was full, textural, and soft—truly one of the best parts of this entire spring centerpiece series.
Like the others, this table used the same monogram napkins, place cards, and jeweled egg holders—proving that with a few key pieces, you can transform your entire look.
Creating a beautiful spring table doesn’t need to be complicated. Start with a clean base, add minimalistic plates, layer in fresh flowers, and choose personal touches that feel special. Whether you’re using crystal mason jars or cake stands, paper placemats, or embroidered linens, the goal is to bring your own garden to the table—no matter how big or small your gathering.
