Ingredients
  

  • 1-1.5 oz Empress Gin 1908 Start off with 1oz and continue adding to 1.5 oz to taste
  • 1 can Trader Joe's Lemon Elderflower Soda
  • 1 lemon Cut in half , slice one half into thin slices for garnish
  • .5 oz Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Cordial

Instructions
 

  • Fill a short glass with ice
  • Pour Empress Gin in the glass**
  • Pour Belvoir Fruit Farms Elderflower Cordial
  • Top with Trader Joe's Lemon Elderflower Soda
  • Take the half of the lemon and squirt desired amount of lemon juice to taste.
  • Stir cocktail and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
